Interpretation of Quotation:

Leaders always have the responsibility to build the link bridge of communication among the members in a team. It is necessary for a successful leader to have excellent communication abilities so that he can convey an accurate message to the members in a clear and understandable manner. Beside delivery a message,  the excellent communication skills can also help the leaders encourage or motivate others better. Without these skills, whatever valuable messages and ideas a leader processed may not lead to effective results.
